How to get your child to drink fresh milk

It's quite common for parents to run after their child with a glass of milk. While we understand the significant health benefits that fresh milk offers, children are entirely oblivious of the fact. This is why they seem to run away every time you bring out a glass full of milk. Add some flavors - Your kid may just be bored with the same taste every day. So, why not add some flavors. You can add white chocolate to milk and then give it to your kid. Kids just love white chocolate and chances are high that your kid too will become fond of it. With smoothies, your kids can get the benefits of milk as well as the goodness of various fruits.

Iced milk - This is another good way to make your kids derive the benefits of fresh milk. You just have to use the milk as a base and then add whatever ingredient you think your kid would love to have. Whip it thoroughly so that it becomes creamy and frothy. Now, let it chill in the fridge for a couple of hours. When serving, add some pieces of fruit, especially the fruits your kid likes. You can also add some crushed nuts to the iced milk.


Add some cereals - Kids like crunchy things, so adding cereals to a bowl of milk will make them gulp it down like a hungry lion. Cereals have their own health benefits, so they are one of the best combinations to have with fresh milk.
